Hi, and welcome to EccentrixTreasures! We are a husband and wife team who got our start on ebay many years ago, mostly selling thrifted goods and used designer purses. We bring our knowledge and professionalism to Etsy - We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and good communication, more than anything... just check our feedback. Over 500 sales and a Star Seller rating, month after month. EccentrixTreasures was started as a way for me to celebrate my Scandinavian ancestry, which is why the majority of our items have Swedish / Norwegian/ Viking themes. We design most of our own items in house, meaning you won't find our phone cases, tumblers, mugs, coasters, tea towels, or wall art ANYWHERE ELSE but here on Etsy. Our products are POD (Print on Demand) so they are printed and shipped as they are ordered. We do not keep inventory or stock of mugs and cases, which is why we don't accept returns. HOWEVER, should there be an error in product shipped, breakage, etc. just contact us through Etsy messaging and we will make good on the purchase. We are only happy when our customers are happy!
